During this consultation we will discuss fitness goals, health history, any limitations due to health/injury, current fitness level, achievements you'd like to accomplish, improvements you'd like to see within your body and get to know one another on a private level so I can have an in depth understanding on how I can create a fitness program designed to help achieve your fitness goals and improve your daily lifestyle. At the end of the discussion, you will have a workout assessment, so I can gauge your current fitness level, any limitations, range of motion, and more!
